Law Enforcement or Regulatory Enquiries
Court orders, notices and law enforcement enquiries should be addressed to CoinJar UK Limited by email to uk-compliance@coinjar.com.
CoinJar will only respond to valid requests or notices issued in compliance with applicable law.
Law enforcement enquiries must also include a personal data request form, which includes:
- the subject or individual(s) of the request
- the information requested
- the statutory powers under which the information is requested (if any)
- confirmation that the information is required for any one of the following purposes:
- to prevent or detect crime;
- to apprehend of prosecute offenders; or
- to assess or collect a tax, duty or similar imposition.
