  • Customer Support Software Providers: including Zendesk, Inc.

Where mandated or permitted by Applicable Law, regulation or legal process, we will disclose your Personal Data to law enforcement officials, government authorities or other third parties, located inside and outside the country where you are located (including inside and outside the EU/EEA/UK), where such disclosure is in accordance with due process of law and binding upon CoinJar, to the extent necessary to comply with legal process or meet national security requirements, protect the rights, property, or safety of CoinJar, its business partners, you, or others.

Transfer, Processing and Storage of Personal Data

We do not charge a fee to give you access to your Personal Data or to exercise any of the other rights described above. We may, however, charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive or we may refuse to comply with the request.

Right to Withdraw Consent

If for some reason you provided your Consent to the collection, Processing and transfer of your Personal Data for a specific Purpose, you have the right to withdraw your Consent for that specific Processing at any time. To withdraw your Consent, please contact privacy@coinjar.com. Once we receive notification that you withdrew your Consent, we will no longer Process your Personal Data for the Purpose or Purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so under Applicable Law.

For how long will CoinJar use my Personal Data?
